This provision applies to traditional pulpits and modern day pulpit platforms.
Congregation Level Pastoral Ministry & Deacons are restricted to biological males and Women Level Pastoral Ministry to biological females. Both men and women ministers may occupy the pulpit/platform; but women shall not have any preaching/teaching or other spiritual authority positionally or priority-wise over any adult male in the congregation. Males and females should comply with the biblical head covering (veil) provisions (1 Cor 11:3-5, 10). Leadership like membership is not restricted to any race, ethnicity or nationality. Let all be doctrinally humble and bold in the Lord and the power of his might.
