I have also prepared a report of Walmart leadership and additional links to pages on the Walmart website that provide insight into Walmart attitude and actions concerning EEO/DEI as of March 3, 2025.
Summary of Walmart Leadership is as follows:
For Executive Council out of 9 people, 1 Person of Color is a man from India.
For Senior Leadership out of 41 people, 3 are Black (2 Males, 1 Female) and 3 are Male Persons of Color from Asia (India and Hindu).
Therefore, out of 50 people, 7 are Persons of Color in Top Management.
Regarding gender out of 50 people, 17 are Females with 1 being a Black Female.
